Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are renewing their PR team, adding new members, and rearranging the roles of the current staff. This shake-up comes from the couple’s many media projects, including developing a new information website.

Among the incoming recruits is Miranda Barbot, who is transitioning from Global Communications Director to Vice President of Programs and Media Operations.

Harry and Meghan’s innovative PR strategy

New hires Charlie Gipson and Kyle Boulia will jointly fill Miranda’s vacated position.

Gipson brings a wealth of public relations experience, and Boulia, having a solid background in digital communications, will manage communication strategies and operations, ensuring consistent messaging across all media channels.

Gipson, based in the UK, and Boulia, based in Los Angeles, will manage the couple’s communications within their respective regions. Gipson will handle European media, and Boulia will coordinate US-based communications.

In addition to team invigoration, Harry and Meghan have launched Sussex.com, a new platform to replace Sussexroyal.com. They will keep the public informed about their current and future projects.

Furthermore, in collaboration with Lemonada Media, Meghan Markle is gearing up to launch a podcast series, “Archetypes,” showing evident enthusiasm and looking forward to releasing another series on the same platform soon.

Meghan’s business affairs are overseen by William Morris Endeavor talent agency, which manages everything from brand partnerships to film and television production and even the content produced by the couple’s non-profit organization, the Archewell Foundation.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry is also venturing into television production with a Netflix docu-series about polo. The series aims to provide a behind-the-scenes look at the game, which is known for its visual artistry and social aspects.
