Hanover Direct Inc. has selected ALC of New York LLC to manage its corporate database of buyers effective May 15.
The Hanover Direct Corporate Database consists of 2.3 million last-12-month buyers from several of Hanover Direct's catalog titles, which include Domestications, Silhouettes, The Company Store, International Male and Gump's by Mail.
Average monthly hotline counts on the database exceed 200,000 names.
Selections on the corporate database include recency, frequency and monetary segments as well as enhanced demographics such as presence of children and ethnicity.
ALC of New York already handles list management for the individual files from The Company Store, International Male and Gump's by Mail.
