The service is staffed by technical editors and writers who write news stories, product stories, case histories, feature articles and white papers and distribute them to trade publications, industrial newspapers, Internet sites and electronic media.
The site lists the writing staff and provides a little about their backgrounds. A list, description and samples of the various types of publicity projects are shown as well as a breakdown of costs. Site visitors fill out a questionnaire and are to be contacted within one day. The suggested project completion schedule is two weeks.
