Habeas selects Campaigner

E-mail reputation services firm Habeas has selected e-mail marketing firm CampaignerPro to deliver its e-mail campaigns.

Under the new partnership, Habeas will send its e-mail marketing messages using CampaignerPro’s e-mail platform, which includes automation, personalization and segmentation tools. Habeas uses e-mail to promote its online security products.

“They sell their services to people who send e-mail to build a good reputation and to people who receive e-mail to check a sender’s reputation,” said Luc Vezina, VP of marketing and product management, Campaigner. “They were using another vendor before but wanted to do some more technical things and liked our tools, like our triggered marketing product.”

This comes a few weeks after Campaigner was certified as a member of the Habeas Trusted Partner Network, which means that Habeas has determined that Campaigner meets its e-mail reputation best practices, such as verifiable opt-in permission from e-mail recipients, visible and functional unsubscribe capability, and low consumer complaint rates. With the certification, Campaigner clients have access to the Habeas Reputation Management Services platform information, which helps keep their online reputation good.

Last month Habeas also partnered with two messaging security firms, Cloudmark Inc. and Eleven GmbH, in a move to extend their online reputation services across the Web. Now Habeas can monitor traffic from Cloudmark clients EarthLink, Comcast, Cablevision, Charter Communications, Cox Communications, NTT Communications and Swisscom, as well as Eleven’s clients, which include T-Online, Lycos, Nokia and Vodaphone.
