Group 1, Lanham, MD, and Primal Systems, Irvine, CA, a provider of customer management and intelligence solutions to the telecommunications industry, announced a partnership early this month, which will allow for the integration of Group 1's data quality and data mining tools with Primal's Outfront Decision Support System.
The new solution is going to include: Outfront: a suite of decision support applications that enables telecommunications carriers to gather information from across the enterprise; MODEL 1: an automated data mining system consisting of four modules; and CODE-1 Plus: an address validation and correction system.
