Group 1 Software, a provider of customer relationship management software products, yesterday announced enhancements to its data management applications.
The enhanced suite includes Merge/Purge Plus, Business Merge/Purge Plus, Generalized Selection Plus and List Conversion Plus. These applications are designed to offer more robust business-to-business matching capabilities and increased processing speed, the company said.
Group 1's data management applications identify and eliminate duplicate records and misspelled name and address components within mailing lists, enabling businesses to focus marketing efforts on specific groups based on geographic and demographic criteria.
