GeoTel Signs Deal With Carnegie Group

Customer interaction software provider GeoTel Communications Corp. has inked a consulting services partnership with Carnegie Group.

The pact calls for Carnegie personnel to be trained and certified on GeoTel's Intelligent Call Router platform in order to provide systems integration and consulting services to GeoTel software users. The deal is intended to enable the integration of GeoTel, Lowell, MA, products across computer telephony integration, desktop, Web and other applications..

Carnegie Group, which is based in Anchorage, AK, provides client/software development services that integrate intelligent software technologies with existing computing infrastructures.
