Siperian, a customer data management and integration solution provider, announced yesterday that pharmaceutical firm Forest Laboratories Inc., New York, selected Siperian Master Reference Manager. Forest will use it to consolidate and reconcile multiple data sources and to build and maintain a master data repository.
Siperian MRM lets IT teams consolidate, reconcile and access multiple data sources in multiple modes — batch, scheduled or real time. It features a rule-based, meta-data driven framework — Siperian Trust Framework — that determines the most reliable customer information from many conflicting data sources.
Siperian MRM also lets the IT department extend the database to new sources without writing a line of code.
