Information management systems and services company Fiserv Inc. said yesterday it acquired The Jerome Group LLC, a leading digital print provider and a full-service direct marketing firm
Jerome, St. Louis, MO, will become part of the Brookfield, WI-based Personix division of Fiserv Output Solutions. Jerome’s revenue in 2005 was $44 million.
Ken Brown, a 26-year veteran of the organization, will remain as executive vice president and lead the new Fiserv division. The firm’s 300 employees will join Fiserv.
Personix, the centerpiece of Fiserv Output Solutions, is a provider of business to consumer communications to the financial services, healthcare, communications, investment services and retail markets.
The business unit provides single source solutions for high-volume laser printing and mailing, electronic document delivery and archival solutions, plastic card manufacturing, personalization and mailing services to more than 9,000 clients.
Fiserv Output Solutions is headquartered in Houston.
