Fingerhut Direct chose Holsted Marketing Inc. for its first major outside revenue-generating program since the restart of the company following its closure by former owner Federated Department Stores.
Fingerhut Direct is working with Holsted on a direct mail continuity program offering jewelry products. Two mailings dropped Nov. 1 to 100,000 households promoting two of Holsted's most successful jewelry programs. A third mailing offering “Lady Sterling Jewelry” will be included in Fingerhut remittance envelopes in mid-November, reaching another 100,000 households.
With each mailing the first shipment of jewelry is offered free — with minimal shipping and handling costs — allowing customers to preview the collection.
