Seurat, Boulder, CO, is a provider of solutions and services that help companies target, acquire and retain customers through creative marketing strategies. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
According to Fair Isaac, Seurat's Web-based solutions, custom consulting services and creative marketing group will extend the benefits Fair Isaac delivers through its data management and customer analytics solutions.
