Wanting to create a new sales and marketing channel for its Zmail marketing and communications technology, USA Video Interactive Corp. yesterday announced a strategic sales and marketing agreement with eDirect, a provider of opt-in e-mail names.
As part of the one-year agreement, eDirect may market and sell USVO's Zmail service on a preferred provider basis for use in marketing, corporate communications and customer service e-mail campaigns. USVO will market and rent eDirect's opt-in e-mail lists to its customers.
