Broadbase Software Inc., Menlo Park, CA, a provider of customer-focused analytic and marketing applications, said Friday that eBags, an online retailer of backpacks, handbags and other luggage, will use Broadbase for targeting, acquiring and retaining customers.
The Broadbase system will analyze the preferences of online visitors and the effectiveness of Web content. It will use the information to create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for the Greenwood Village, CO-based e-tailer.
