DraftWorldwide Shuffles Top Brass

DraftWorldwide, Chicago, announced changes in its senior-level corporate ranks, raising David Florence to president-international from president of the New York office.

Florence assumes responsibilities handled by Jordan H. Rednor, president and chief operating officer, and Valerie Taylor, president of European operations.

“There's no change in mandate,” Florence said. “We continue to stay the course. It's still our ambition to become the leading marketing services agency.”

Florence also joins the DraftWorldwide board of directors. Another colleague, Laurence Boschetto, takes over from Florence as president of DraftWorldwide New York. He was general manager at this DraftWorldwide office.

The agency said Rednor is moving to undisclosed responsibilities at DraftWorldwide parent Interpublic Group of Companies Inc., a New York advertising agency holding company. Taylor will leave DraftWorldwide. Her next career move was not disclosed.

Florence said he has no personal agenda.

“Other than maintaining a happy marriage?” he said. “The challenge today obviously is overcoming the financial challenges of the global economy.”
