DM2-DecisionMaker, Oak Brook, IL, said yesterday that it started a business-to-business data enhancement service.
The data used to enhance list owners' house files come from DM2's database of 13.5 million postal addresses and 2.3 million e-mail addresses of business professionals in more than 25 industries sourced from magazine circulation, buyer files, conference attendees and directories.
DM2 can append demographics such as buying authority, job function, industry type and title to mailers' files.
The service lets mailers learn more about their own customers while finding new prospects to target for acquisition, according to DM2.
There are two prospecting options: Plus service provides additional contacts within the same company, and Max service selects prospects that are most like a mailer's best house file customers.
