Digital Impact Inc. has realigned its business into three specialties as part of its continuing reorganization.
The company, which began the reorganization earlier this year, has restructured its business around what it is calling solution lines: strategy, customer marketing and customer acquisition.
“Unlike low-end e-mail delivery systems, our solution lines deliver market-leading results because they integrate the full spectrum of data management, marketing analytics, campaign management and delivery,” said David Kleinberg, senior vice president of marketing at Digital Impact, San Mateo, CA.
Its strategy business seeks to provide a foundation for marketers to develop online marketing programs. Clients receive comprehensive assessments of their campaigns, plus integrated strategies and plans, Digital Impact said.
Customer marketing focuses on providing Digital Impact's clients with services to collect and manage opt-in e-mail names. It also offers services to analyze the data to determine appropriate offers and help deliver relevant messages.
Customer acquisition provides clients with a base of prospect sources and optimizing campaigns.
The company announced the establishment of a professional services division in January to provide online marketing services and products to its core clientele of financial services, business-to-business technology and retail companies. The new division provides Digital Impact's enterprise clients with custom design services and integrated online marketing programs in five categories: acquisition, strategic, analytic and creative services as well as custom programs.
The acquisition services group will perform prospect generation, list brokerage, e-mail sponsorship and viral marketing services, the company said. Strategic services specializes in marketing to vertical audiences.
