Deluxe Paper Payment Systems, a business unit of Deluxe Corp., St. Paul, MN, completed its acquisition of Designer Checks, Anniston, AL. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to result in a one-time charge in the first quarter and to be modestly accretive to Deluxe’s 2000 earnings.
