CRMCommunity.com, Andover, MA, last month announced the debut of its customer-relationship management community Web site at www.crmcommunity.com.
The new site creates an international forum for the exchange of ideas and information for the CRM field. It is open and free to all CRM professionals and will include a paid premier level membership for additional CRM offerings.
Membership will include a members-only Web site where members will have access to a weekly electronic newsletter, online resource directory, white papers from CRM experts, quarterly newsletter, conference discounts, members-only events, seminars, networking opportunities including local chapters, and discounts on business publications and travel.
