The Commerce Department will have a meeting June 23-24 to discuss issues concerning e-commerce privacy. As it becomes available, information on the agenda and registration will be posted at the department’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s Web site at www.ntia.doc.gov.
Until then, the department asks that public commentary on the draft discussion paper “Elements of Effective Self-Regulation for Protection of Privacy,” informally released in January, be sent in.
