Comcast Corp., Washington, DC, a provider of cable TV and Internet services, will open two new call centers in the coming months in Silver Spring, MD, as part of its new regional headquarters there that will employ 250 people. A national call center will employ 100 agents in support of the Comcast@Home service, which provides Internet access via fiber-optic cables. A regional center will support all Comcast customers in Maryland.
