Experian Inc.’s circulation database, CircBase Publisher Database, is now available for the Hispanic publishing market.
Costa Mesa, CA-based Experian said its CircBase en Español could change the way Spanish language publishers recruit readers.
This cooperative database is compiled from hundreds of participating publications with active and expired subscriber records. The database can be used to target consumers based on the publications they read, lifestyles and interests.
The Hispanic population in the United States has grown by 21 percent in the last five years, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. CircBase en Español opens up the opportunity to reach this market.
Publishers who subscribe to CircBase en Español will be able to:
- Gain access to people who think and read in Spanish for direct marketing efforts. These are subscribers who have a demonstrated affinity to Spanish titles.
- Re-activate expired records utilizing Experian’s databases.
- Generate additional revenue — with access to Experian’s data assets, participants can enhance their subscriber list and market names to additional companies, including mail order and catalog companies.
