Christian Book Distributors, one of the world’s leading religious catalogers, has agreed to purchase Christian gift direct marketer Best to You.
The transaction is expected to close on Jan. 2.
Best to You has been in business for more than 25 years, selling Christian-based gift items and home accessories via catalogs and a Web site at www.besttoyou.com. The company also develops many of its own proprietary items.
As part of the deal, Best to You’s offices in Colorado Spring, CO, will close. For a period of time, some senior members of the staff will join Christian Book Distributors on a consulting basis.
Christian Book Distributors, Peabody, MA, sends out more than 60 mailings of unique catalogs to millions of customers each year. Its merchandise selection includes more than 200,000 books, Bibles, CDs, DVDs, gifts, toys and games. These items are also available via its e-commerce Web site at www.christianbook.com.
