Cellfire teams up with Condé Nast for wireless subscriptions

Cellfire, a mobile coupon service, has partnered with publisher, Condé Nast Publications, to release a national promotional campaign.

According to Condé Nast, this is the first time that magazine subscriptions have been offered over a wireless services.

Cellfire users can access coupons on their mobile phones for discounts on Wired, Glamour, Allure, Teen Vogue, Details and Vanity Fair.

The deal allows Cellfire users to purchase subscriptions for the Conde Nast magazines at a discounted price through their mobile phone. Some of the discounts include 86 percent off Wired magazine, $20 off of both Glamour and Allure and Teen Vogue for three years for the price of one.

Cellfire is a free mobile phone application that users can download to their mobile device, similar to any game or ring tone. Each user has their own set of discounts and offers specific to their geographic location.

Other retailers who use Cellfire include Hollywood Video, T.G.I Fridays, Bath and Body Works, 1-800-Flowers.com, Carlson Leisure Travel Services, North Beach Pizza, Pizza Chicago and Red Rock Coffee.
