CareOne, a New Jersey operator of senior care centers, named TMP Direct, Mount Olive, NJ, as its direct marketing agency for this year. The agency, part of TMP Worldwide, is to develop, implement and manage CareOne's consumer-focused direct efforts.
As part of its responsibilities, TMP will handle inquiries to CareOne's centralized toll-free number. It will offer information to callers about CareOne's 11 facilities in New Jersey. Literature requests will be fulfilled and leads delivered several times during the day to the pertinent care center.
