Channel Source Direct, a business-to-business call center based in Williamsville, NY, that specializes in technology sales, will invest $1.8 million to purchase and renovate an 18,500-square-foot building with the potential to add 50 jobs in three years.
It has 36 employees and conducts BTB telephone sales work for technology companies such as Apple Computer, software and hardware distributor Ingram Micro, imaging and multimedia company Epson, computer memory manufacturer Kingston Technology and power protection solutions manufacturer American Power Conversion.
New York state will assist the expansion with a $125,000 grant.
The company has 10 clients and 30 agents.
