E-mail marketing firm Bronto Software, Durham, NC, this week launched new e-mail marketing software that includes integrated Salesforce.com features.
With its “Spring 2006 Product Release” Bronto combined its services with Salesforce.com, an on-demand customer relationship management provider, San Francisco, CA, to synchronize customer information between the two companies.
“Salesforce has a big application exchange system, and now Bronto can tap into that,” Eric Boggs, director of account management at Bronto, said.
Also, Salesforce.com customers who need e-mail marketing services can use one of a handful of e-mail service providers that partner with Salesforce, Boggs said.
The Bronto Spring 2006 software includes an e-mail template library, the option to send content via RSS feeds and multiple user accounts for marketing teams.
