British Airways Taps e-Dialog for E-Mail

British Airways appointed e-Dialog as its e-mail marketing service provide for customer communications in the United Kingdom, e-Dialog said yesterday. The company will provide strategic support for the airline’s communications to Executive Club members as well as registered customers on its Web site, www.ba.com.

British Airlines, the UK’s largest scheduled international airline, said e-mail has become its principal communications channel with customers and is looking to use e-Dialog to help make its e-mail more effective so it can talk one to one with its customers.

Clients of e-Dialog include Tesco, Reuters, American Eagle Outfitters, BMG Music Service and TJX Companies.
