Bridgestone/Firestone, an arm of the giant tire and rubber company, Rolling Meadows, IL, has chosen Retail Target Marketing System, Milwaukee, to help improve customer communication with its 17 million retail customers. RTMS will help it to segment and better measure targeted promotions and marketing campaigns.
RTMS said the company will use its Archer software to manage the more than 230 million customer purchase details from more than 1,500 retail outlets nationwide. Those include Firestone Tire Service Centers, Tire Station, Mark Norris and Expert Tire.
RTMS is looking to help Bridgestone/Firestone to move to a customer-centric vision across its entire enterprise. It said it plans to design and implement customer-focused programs and provide the strategic and tactical guidance.
