BlueHornet Networks Inc. released an upgrade to e-Marketing Suite, an advanced e-mail marketing application, this week.
The upgrade, eMS 3.0, includes API access, Web analytics integration and deliverability management consulting. New multichannel features include:
· Smart Lists that automate business rules and allow customer-targeted mailings by segmenting customers across multiple categories and attributes;
· Dynamic content for increasing customer retention and acquisition;
· Event-triggered messaging, which automatically activates one-to-one communications with prospects and customers based on user actions or predetermined dates;
· Sub-accounts, which grant partitioned e-communication system access to affiliates, regional branches and franchises while maintaining centralized control.
BlueHornet, Minneapolis, is a subsidiary of Digital River Inc. Clients include Sprint, MBNA, Brinker International, 3M, World Wildlife Fund, Guess, House of Blues Entertainment, Kyocera Wireless and Red Lobster.
