Blue Cross of California, an operating subsidiary of WellPoint Health Networks Inc., has chosen Web-based direct marketing company ELetter Inc. to provide Internet-based printing and mailing services to its health insurance agents and brokers.
The ELetter services, available at the agent/broker area of the Blue Cross of California Web site, www.bluecrossca.com, will give agents an easy way to create and send mailings right from their desktops.
Agents will be able to select templates and use their own mailing lists. ELetter will sort, address, add postage and deliver their customized direct mail pieces to the post office.
ELetter does not require a minimum number of pieces, and volume will not substantially affect pricing.
