International direct response marketing and advertising agency, Blagman Media International Inc., Los Angeles, said yesterday that it has agreed to acquire 100 percent of ASURE eCommerce Inc., which manufactures proprietary Internet application solutions used in facilitating e-commerce retail transactions for clients.
In a published statement, ASURE eCommerce Inc. predicted “its technology will set a higher standard of confidence and trust between consumers and merchants for improved online shopping via the Internet.”
The company would not outline the details of the ASURE eCommerce business, which it said would not be publicly disclosed until the product is launched in early January of 2000.
