Harland Financial Solutions Inc., Atlanta, said last week that Bank of the Sierra licensed its analytical CRM component, Touche Analyzer.
Harland Financial, a subsidiary of John H. Harland Co., said the bank also licensed several other products and services from its Touche Customer Relationship Management Solution suite.
Bank of the Sierra is the largest community independent bank headquartered in Porterville, CA.
Touche Analyzer helps financial institutions understand customers’ relationships by combining account, behavioral, financial and demographic information into one database.
Bank of the Sierra, which has $700 million in assets, plans to use Touche Analyzer to help meet its growth initiatives.
