Also, Audio Book will be the exclusive retailer of both books and audio books on the MetaCrawler home page and Marketplace and for key words relating to books, literature, audio and audio books. go2net will provide placements and links to Audio Book's Web site (www.audiobookclub.com) and banner ads on its MetaCrawler home page, Marketplace and StockSite pages. Audio Book is a direct marketer of audio books through its membership club, which markets and sells audio books by mail order and via the Internet.
