Art Technology Group Inc., Cambridge, MA, yesterday introduced ATG6, the latest version of its commerce and portal solutions designed to automate marketing, sales and service on the Web.
ATG6 includes enhancements to ATG Commerce, ATG Portal and the ATG Relationship Management Platform and three new product modules. The new modules are:
· ATG Publishing, for accelerating the creation, approval and maintenance of assets required for online CRM, such as catalogs, promotions and service information.
· ATG Analytics, for insights into sales trends and user behavior patterns.
· ATG Search, for rapid access to online product and self-service information.
· ATG also said it has partnered with Hyperion, a business analysis application software company, and will use Hyperion Essbase XTD, the company's open, integrating platform for business performance management in its ATG Analytics module.
