Aprimo Inc., Indianapolis, a provider of Internet-based marketing management solutions, and Agilent Technologies Inc., Palo Alto, CA, yesterday concluded a licensing agreement for Aprimo Marketing. Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
Aprimo Marketing is a Web-based program that enables central and regional management of all marketing activities, including ad campaigns, case studies, trade shows, radio advertising, press releases, events, banner advertising and affiliate marketing. Aprimo enables companies to standardize processes for interactive workflow, fulfillment, promotions and metrics reporting. The program’s key feature is a datamart, which consolidates all customer data from throughout an organization into one database.
