Anchor Computer, a provider of database marketing and retail processing services, formed a strategic business alliance with NSB Group, a company that offers IT solutions for apparel, footwear and specialty retailers.
The partnership is intended to help Anchor clients gain access to price-sensitive offerings to reduce their costs and boost service quality, the Farmingdale, NY, company said.
Anchor will support and supplement NSB’s Connected Retailer CRM solution. This is designed to help retailers improve their data accuracy, build the database faster and capture extra customer information to leverage across the entire enterprise.
NSB’s Connected Retailer suite includes planning, merchandising, sourcing and product development and CRM. The package also covers sales analytics, store operations and point of sale as well as hardware and client services like consulting, implementation, training and round-the-clock support.
