Amdocs yesterday began offering a customer relationship management application designed for communications providers.
The application, called Campaign Management, assists with customer acquisition and retention through personalized marketing, the Orlando-based company said.
Campaign Management can be integrated with Amdoc’s customer care and billing system, Ensemble, and with a communications provider’s existing CRM system. It identifies and segments prospect populations using Amdoc’s Data Mining system.
