Analytics software provider Alterian said that it is experiencing continued customer success resulting from its master reseller Alterian Iberica.
The master reseller agreement was formed in 2004 enabling Iberica to market the Chciago-based Alterian product range in Spain, Portugal and Andorra.
Recent customer wins in the region include Vodafone, Renault, Metro Bilbao, Deutsche Bank, Kelloggs, Transports Municipals de Barcelona and a partnership with Ogilvy One in Spain.
The most significant recent contract is with Vodafone Espana, the second largest mobile operator in Spain. Vodafone’s marketing department will use Alterian for customer segmentation and campaign analysis. To date, Vodafone has benefited from faster integration of transactional customer data from its daily Alterian feeds and consequently the time taken to launch a campaign has been dramatically reduced.
Iberica’s most recent win is Telepizza. Headquartered in Madrid, Telepizza is the leading Spanish pizza delivery company, operating a network of more than 200 company-owned and more than 300 franchise stores in Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, and parts of Central and Southern America. It has a staff of almost 6,500.
Iberica won the contract to implement Alterian software at Telepizza’a CRM division to improve the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Adding to its growing network of 70 partners around the world, Ogilvy One Espana also has become a Partner through Iberica.
In other news, Alterian said that it has extended its partnership with Intellidyn to include Dynamic Messenger, an online marketing platform acquired by Alterian through the acquisition of Dynamics Direct in May 2006.
Intellidyn, Boston, an analytics and database marketing firm that became an Alterian partner earlier this year, has already signed an agreement with a major financial services firm for the solution.
Incorporating the Dynamic Messenger platform has enabled Intellidyn to deploy a very sophisticated mortgage lead incubation marketing strategy that enables clients to increase conversion rates from inquiries or already generated leads to closed loans via a series of rules-based e-mail communications. By applying the Dynamic Messenger technology to e-mail marketing, Intellidyn can provide the lending industry with a highly efficient and cost-effective marketing method to increase revenues and lower acquisition cost per loan.
Alterian announced the acquisition of leading online marketing software company Dynamics Direct and the integration of their Dynamic Messenger platform into the Alterian Marketing Suite on May 25, 2006. The response has been positive from end users, marketing services providers and agencies alike, Alterian said.
