Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC picks StayinFtont for CRM

Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC has selected StayinFront Inc., a provider of enterprisewide customer relationship management applications, and its StayinFront Consumer Goods for its sales force automation requirements.

Irvine, CA-based ASM is a sales and marketing agency that specializes in outsourced sales, merchandising, marketing and category management operations for the consumer packaged goods industry. The company services a variety of trade channels, including grocery, mass merchandise, natural/specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, consumer electronic, hardware and home stores.

To support its current base of field representatives and gain the ability to grow to 10,000 users in the future, ASM will use Fairfield, NJ-based StayinFront’s StayinFront Consumer Goods. The solution will be deployed simultaneously on a combination of platforms that include field representatives and merchandisers benefiting from its fast hand-held device, a user friendly Windows Mobile 5.0 version, while managers utilize a laptop-based system that is dashboard-driven and provides a broader view of the data.

ASM management expects to receive timely and reliable access to a broad range of field execution information and management metrics. Integration can be nearly seamless as the ASM solution leverages StayinFront CRM’s robust, enterprise architecture, which includes workflow automation, analytics and data synchronization.

StayinFront Inc. also announced that it has opened an office in India to provide further support for StayinFront’s global customers.

Located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, the new office intensifies the company’s existing presence in the Asia Pacific region.

StayinFront’s other Asia Pacific locations include Singapore, New Zealand and two offices in Australia. The company also maintains offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Ireland.
