Adams Hussey & Associates rebrands, promotes Cubine to president

Direct marketing agency Adams Hussey & Associates has rebranded as Chapman Cubine Adams & Hussey (CCAH), to reflect changes in the company’s leadership team.

The Arlington, Va.-based agency promoted Kim Cubine to president and Lon Chapman to EVP with a focus on creative services. Chapman will also lead the San Francisco office of the firm, which focuses on working with clients in the nonprofit sector.

Former president Jim Hussey will remain with the company as chairman. He will focus on creative development and client services, said Cubine.

“I’ve been at the company for 12 years, and I have always loved it and what we do,” she said. “I think people in the non-profit world are a lucky group. All of our clients have missions they care deeply about, and we get to be creative for them. I’m really fortunate.”

Cubine has worked on campaigns for political-sector clients including Obama for America, Clinton-Gore ’96, The Wilderness Society, NARAL Pro-Choice America and the Democratic National Committee, during her decade-plus with the firm.

The agency also unveiled a new logo last week, a yellow square broken into four quadrants with the letters CCAH drawn in white in each section. The firm is planning to relaunch a redesigned website in the next month as well.
