Acxiom Corp., a customer data integration vendor, said yesterday that it had formed an alliance with Keane Consulting Group designed to provide clients with comprehensive solutions for data management consulting services, CDI and information technology outsourcing.
As part of the alliance, KCG, Boston, will offer Acxiom's CDI software, AbiliTec; InfoBase data products; data warehousing; and other data management outsourcing services through KCG's consultative services for customer relationship management solutions.
AbiliTec is powered by patented linking technology already adopted by the technology, financial services, telecommunications and retail industries to create a comprehensive, single view of an individual customer across the enterprise. Through several strategic alliances, AbiliTec also is an integral part of the CRM solutions offered by the industry's technology leaders.
Acxiom's InfoBase is a comprehensive collection of U.S. consumer, business and telephone information for database or file enhancement, analytical services or list rental.
KCG defines a cross-functional perspective of a company's business model and examines the organization from the customer's point of view.
KCG will incorporate AbiliTec and InfoBase data into its holistic approach to create unique CRM packages.
