Act-On makes its enterprise move

Act-On Software today announced the release of Act-On for Enterprise, a platform designed to meet the needs of large, global businesses with complex marketing needs.

Act-On, primarily known for the affordable, SMB-directed appeal of its marketing automation platform–“for marketers, not engineers“–is responding to its growing enterprise customer base with this new release, according to today’s press release:

“The latest enhancements to Act-On for Enterprise makes it a desirable platform for companies requiring large scale, global marketing automation deployments, or for enterprise companies with distributed office locations or multiple business units.”

Specific capabilities announced were:

  • Multi-dimensional lead scoring which can trigger automatic consequences in other parts of the platform.
  • Secure single sign-on capability, allowing users to access Act-On with their enterprise credentials.
  • A data studio which enables visualization and configuration of data, and allows it to be exported to any other BI tool.

Gal Josefsberg, VP of Product Management said the new offering combined “simplicity and usability” with “enterprise functionality and scalability.” The product will generally be available immediately.
