Internet marketing solutions provider Engage Technologies, Andover, MA, announced this week that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the initial public offering of its common stock. Engage doesn't know the number of shares to be offered or the price of each share.
Since the registration statement has not yet become official the securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy the securities be accepted prior to its becoming effective. Engage specializes in helping online publishers, advertisers and merchants target and deliver advertisements, commerce and e-commerce offerings to their audiences.
