A fellow who rented a room from me, a 60-year-old living on Social Security income and food stamps, received two titanium MasterCard card offers from First USA. The return address for one was Wilmington, DE, the second from Atlanta (which included an offer of two free cases of Coke). They arrived on the same day. Even if he had applied and they turned him down, what has it cost them?
A couple of days later, the Wilmington return address sent the same offer to my father. Not a very likely prospect, he would be 84 now except he has been dead for 10 years.
Is anyone watching the store?
