CMP Media Inc., Manhasset, NY, has agreed to acquire the Information Technology and Communications Group of the McGraw-Hill Cos., New York, for $28.6 million. The group includes the magazines E, Data Communications, LAN Times and tele.com and the technology testing lab NSTL.
