Software Publishing Holdings Inc., Fairfield, NJ, a direct marketer of publishing and design software, said yesterday that its board approved the change of the company's name to Vizacom Inc. The company's stock will continue to trade under symbols SPCO and SPO on the Nasdaq SmallCap market and the Boston Stock Exchange, respectively, until Aug. 2, when the symbols will change to VIZY and VZM. The company, which markets the Harvard Graphics and Serif lines of software, also said that its board approved six other proposals, including the re-election of Mark E. Leininger, president/CEO, as a director.
