Integrated marketing communications agency Earle Palmer Brown Cos., New York has announced the purchase of Montgomery & Partners Inc., Reading, PA, a full-service advertising agency with approximately $8 million in capitalized billings.
Terms were not disclosed.
Beverly Montgomery, president/CEO of Montgomery & Partners, will continue to lead the firm, which will retain its name and headquarters.
