Online incentives firm MyPoints.com Inc., San Francisco, agreed yesterday to give points to members of its online incentives service when they enroll in discount programs operated by MemberWorks Inc., Stamford, CT. Financial terms were not disclosed. MemberWorks hopes to expand its online reach through the pact. It uses discount programs to recruit customers for its business clients. Meanwhile, MyPoints signed a one-year agreement under which Net-based print shop iPrint.com will use the points program to promote its services to Web shoppers.
