Amazon.com Inc., Seattle, will open its first East Coast customer service center in Huntington, WV, in April. The center will support shopping calls from around the world for the e-commerce giant’s flagship shopping site and also will support its customers who sell merchandise through its sothebys.amazon.com, zShops and auction services. The 40,000-square-foot center, which will be managed by site director Rob Gannon, will employ 375 people and will operate under the auspices of Amazon.com subsidiary Amazon.com.wvcs Inc.
