Printer R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., Chicago, said yesterday its fourth-quarter earnings per share rose 19 percent, from 67 cents to 80 cents over the same period last year. Also, the company reported fourth-quarter 1999 sales were $904 million, an increase of 7 percent over the same period in 1998. During the fourth quarter, Donnelley won long-term contracts with Martha Stewart Living, Spin and Vibe magazines. Donnelley chairman William L. Davis predicted a strong performance in 2000.
